Duties and taxes
UK orders include VAT. Everywhere else, your total at checkout shows what's been collected. US and Canada may have import charges on delivery. Your carrier will contact you.
Anything charged on arrival goes to your government, not us, so we can't estimate it or refund it. If you get a bill you weren't expecting, send it to us and we'll help you work out what it is.

Two emails follow: one when we've processed your order, one on dispatch. Aperitif dispatch emails carry a tracking number. Test kits don't, because they go untracked.
Test kits
Your kit comes from Lifecode Gx, not our warehouse. Everything's in the envelope, including a pre-paid return envelope. Posting your swab back is free wherever you are, including international orders.
Allow three to four weeks end to end: delivery, then 2 to 3 weeks of lab processing once your swab is back, then your report and booking invitation. You won't hear from us while it's at the lab. That's normal.
If your sample fails, we'll send a replacement kit. UK is re-posted free. Outside the UK we'll still replace it but we'll talk to you about the courier cost first, since express carriage runs to £55. Most failures are a missing stabilising capsule or an unsigned consent form, so follow the instructions on the product page and post-purchase emails closely.

If something goes wrong

Late. Tracked parcels sit still sometimes. If yours hasn't moved for 3 working days past the estimate, tell us and we'll chase. UK test kits aren't tracked, so if one hasn't arrived within 3 working days, just tell us and we'll sort it.
Missing. We treat a parcel as lost after 10 working days past the estimate (UK, US, Australia, New Zealand) or 20 working days (Canada). Then we replace or refund.
Damaged. Send a photo of the parcel and contents. Keep the packaging until we've spoken.
