Return and refund policy
Tolerance customers have a 14-day return window from when the item(s) are delivered to request a return.
Regarding subscriptions, we require a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to your order being shipped if you would like to cancel or amend your subscription. When a subscription order is processed and you receive an email confirmation, the order cannot be amended or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that it was received with the original jar unopened. tolerance will not accept returns with have been used and/or opened, (this does not apply to the e-commerce shipping box).
To discuss a return, whether it's a subscription or one-off, please email Tolerance at care@gettolerance.com. Please outline the reason for the return and the order number.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition, Tolerance will give instructions on how to return the item/s. It takes up to 10 business days to process the refund, so please wait 10 days from when you send the item/s before contacting the email above.
The shipping fee for returns are non-refundable and Tolerance does not offer exchanges or product swaps.
